Grace is a personal coach who models balanced living. She is a self-employed, happily married mother of two active young boys, who has learned the importance of nurturing herself as well as others. "Let's face it," Grace says, "as much as we strive to have it all, the Superman/Superwoman lifestyle inevitably comes at the expense of quality of life." Through numerous life transitions, Grace has made choices that have allowed her to live according to her priorities and in balance. She encourages her clients to do the same.

Understanding there is no set formula for achieving balance, she partners with clients to create strategies that are uniquely suited to them. Each client can attain a higher level of fulfillment, balancing individual circumstances, responsibilities, and aspirations within the scope of his or her greater life purpose.

In her coaching, Grace draws from many life and work experiences. Her diverse background includes training and development, career planning and placement, and sales. Many of her skills have been fine-tuned outside of the office, through her experience as a parent, group facilitator, and teacher. She's an active volunteer in her church and the local schools.

Her coaching style blends compassion, humor, and practicality with a good measure of enthusiasm.
Grace lives with her family and pet cat in the Boston area. Her passions include: playing the piano, gardening, quilting, gourmet cooking, travel, reading, and most outdoor activities: tennis, camping, jogging, biking, and hiking.

Grace received her B.A. from the College of William and Mary and is a graduate of Coach U. She is now a faculty member for Coach U. She is an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), which is the professional organization that sets the standards, rules of conduct, and ethics for professional coaches. She has earned her PCC certification through the ICF. Grace presented Balance Sessions at the 2002 and 2003 ICF coaching conferences and serves on the Board of ICF New England.

Grace invites you to call her to discover if you are a good coaching match for each other. Contact Grace at (978)689-7446 or (888)833-1903.
