Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D. is a highly respected teacher and expert in the field of mind-body medicine.  He founded the Stress Reduction Clinic at the University of Massachusetts Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, Massachusetts in 1979.  He has a written a number of books and created audio products on mindfulness and MBSR, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction including:
